Quick night hike for sunrise yesterday. My 20th. Got down to 19F by my thermometer. Foggy, windy, and light snow in the air when I got to the summit. It all cleared by dawn. Been trying out this postimg site for free photo sharing on forums. Seems to work great, anyone mind pics?
Moonrise was really red through the Garnet fire smoke that drifted over the Inyos. Someone getting water down at Consultation lake lit up the whole lake with their headlamp. At the summit in darkness (as usual). And sunrise.
