Elizabeth Hawley has chronicled Everest and Nepal for at least 40 years.

She is "the one you see" after summiting. (I only know this from living vicariously through others...KW, for example).

There is a Kickstarter Campaign that is working on a book titled:
"The Nepal Scene, Chronicles of Elizabeth Hawley 1988-2007".

Check it out. Sounds interesting!

Hi A good cause to support, I will pledge and list the WPSMB as the funding source, Packing up I found the bag of "tabs " I will add a little on each tab and collect next year, Richards is the napkin he hopes the pencil fades so we can't read the amount.

Liz Hawley is a living legend in the Himalayan climbing world. Here's her in Kathmandu when she paid a visit to our Everest team before we started in towards the mountain.
