I went to the presentation at A16 Friday, and it was remarkably different from one at REI the previous week. Much more informative and helpful, Kurt makes things a lot easier to understand, and made sure to mention taking long walks as preparation.
The other one I visited consisted of a guy telling everyone what they had to do in order to reach the summit. Biggest thing was to run at least 30 miles a week starting right now.
I've hardly ever run and still managed to summit a few times...
