does anyone know of any permits for the cables that are available for June 20th? there are none available on line and I know people back out of plans. Let me know if you have any. We are looking for 4 please and THANK YOU!

Please see the link below. The cables are not up yet and will not be up until June 22 in the afternoon. Without a permit, you may, if you wish, hike to Half Dome and climb it with the cables down on the 20th and the 21st. Not the best idea but you can do your research and be the judge of your skills and level of fear. There is also a link below to a pic of half Dome with the cables down.

The trail to Half Dome will be closed early on the 22nd so the workers can do what they need to do to get the cables up without hikers being around.
