my buddy Fred cant go as planned. He has two overnight permits available. In southbay area of los angeles. Can sell for face value, half-price, or free, he just doesnt want them to go to waste.
I am pretty sure if he cancels them, the rangers will give them to someone else, they won't go to waste. But, a lot of people do sell them because you do not get your money back when cancelling.
