How much does your tent weigh Carole. I vote for which ever is lighter cuz I'm carring. Moosie does it have a tarp? If not I have one that we can put on the ground. Carole I will call you tonight. It can be split up between two people easily w/ each person only carrying 1.8lbs or so. We can either bring the pole for the center, or use one of our hiking sticks. It works either way. And it has a waterproof base, which I just refreshed with a bottle of Nikwax. I'm testing out the McCallan Sherry cask aged scotch now - mmmm, tasty..it was the 12 year, right Laura? my front room looks like a mini REI exploded in it.
