Love my new pack..I was worth every $. even if it did break the bank.

Went to my gym workout today - felt great. Ava, I'm going to hit I.Mnt tomorrow AM. The morning mist on the mountain almost made me bail the workout & head up the mountain. I gotta get me some of that! Gives me shivers in a good way =)

You are so funny. Ok so you will hit the Mt. Wednesday morn and I am hitting it Wed. evening. do you still want me to come over after to go over stuff or do you just want to do that in the am before Chris picks us up?

Chris - What time are you picking us up?

Has anyone tried the this new chair?

I tried it and it is very cool. Want it but don't know if I want to spend that. It is very comfortable and folds up into nothing at all..

Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

Hey the BA weighs 2lb 2oz. I just looked. I don't care which one we use as long as Moosie doesn't mind. How much does your tent weigh Carole. I vote for which ever is lighter cuz I'm carring.

Moosie does it have a tarp? If not I have one that we can put on the ground.

Carole I will call you tonight.

You are driving. No RV. To much work for a one night thing.

The BA does have a ground cloth, and I have the floor for the OR one as well.

My tent is a bright orange golite hex3 (3 person LOTS of room)
http://zombiehunters.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20288&highlight=
I think w/ the nest & fly it weighs in at a little over 3lbs. It can be split up between two people easily w/ each person only carrying 1.8lbs or so. We can either bring the pole for the center, or use one of our hiking sticks. It works either way.
And it has a waterproof base, which I just refreshed with a bottle of Nikwax.

I'm testing out the McCallan Sherry cask aged scotch now - mmmm, tasty..it was the 12 year, right Laura?

my front room looks like a mini REI exploded in it.
