Moosey, did you complete your HST hike? Weren't you heading out in August for this adventure? Just wondering on a trip report, as I've always wanted to experience this hike.

Hey, JAM. (And thanks for the link, Richard!) Yes, I just got back on Saturday, which was actually a day early. But I was SOOO ready for burgers and beer at that point (and a shower, but that's just another story!).

I started writing up my TR today, but this is going to take a while to process, and it's going to be LONG! The sad part, in preview, is that on Day 5, my camera grew legs and decided it wanted to see parts of Hamilton Lake that I missed. So there won't be many pics.

can't wait to hear your report. i don't know if you were lurking or not, but my trip got postponed until next year. my hiking partner was not in very good shape, and neither of us were comfortable with the risk.
