There was a small article in the L.A. Times this morning (8/25/07) about this. The Fremont County (Wyoming) District Attorney is not going to file criminal charges against the thrower, apparently because he was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and he recently returned from service in Iraq(!). That sounds really strange to me.
