I'm trying to search Doug's remarks about doing Russell East Ridge via Cleaver Col. Any advice?

So, Doug Sr.'s handle is ... Doug Sr!

Thanks, Rob. The route-finding sounds formidable, almost discouraging. Have you been up it yourself?

Doug, can you (or anyone) clarify the picture — are the climbing skills and exposure any more demanding than those required/experienced on MR and Russell ER?

Colombo -

Have not been there myself. I've only done the MMWT twice as a day hike and will do an overnight MR this September. I do read about the hikes near there, always looking for fun diversions.

Best of luck if you go!
