That's a shame Richard...I might suggest that you post a whole new topic with the words: "Mt. Baldy - Lost Camera" or something to that effect..might get the message out rather than keeping it buried in this thread.

I really hope you get reunited with your equipment.. frown

Regards..
Chris

Richard -- We were very sorry to hear about your camera and hope you get it back. A lot of us out here really enjoy your pictures.

Maybe whoever has it will be visited by three spirits tonight and decide to turn it in.

RichardP,

So sorry to hear about losing your beloved Rebel, you’ve done such great things with that camera.

I second Beachy suggestion to post a separate "Lost Camera" topic.

You might try posting over at SummitPost, as there was a SP group hike up Baldy that started ~6:30am on Sat 12/23 from Manker Flats. I don’t know if you think the camera may have still been there on Sat morning?

Hopefully Santa will get you another camera smile

Happy Holidays,
Rick G

ps, I had a great day of rock climbing at JT with my nephew on Sat (12/23)

Awww, Richard! That's poop! I'm so sorry about your camera. I hope if someone finds it that they know what a score it might be!

But I agree, deviations from a normal plan ALWAYS leads to trouble!
