Mt. Whitney Portal Store & Hostel Forums General Mt. Whitney Portal Store Message Board Help! Permit Labor Day Weekend

Would anyone or group happen to have room on a permit for a single person for a summit to Mt. Whitney over Labor Day weekend? I could depart the trailhead on Saturday Sept 2nd or, if necessary, Friday Sept 1st. I would be driving up from Phoenix. the day before departure.
