pbxguy Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 9	We'll be climbing from Whitney Portal to summit in one day. Probably will be one of the groups that takes about 18 hours or so. Anyone know if we absolutely HAVE to take a bear canister, or can we tacit because of our short time on the mountain?
