Mt. Whitney Portal Store & Hostel Forums General Mt. Whitney Portal Store Message Board Reservations Available 6/16-6/17

It appears we will have two unused reservations for 6/16 & 6/17. We have reservations for four, and two can't make it. Additionally, the two of us will have to drive up late on 6/15, so no time available for acclimation. We will be at the ranger station in Lone Pine before 10 AM on 6/16 to pick up permits.

FYI you can call the Lone Pine ranger Station in advance and they will leave your permit in the overnight box so that you don't have to drive back down the hill.

Please let the reservation office know so they can make those 2 spaces available to others. Thanks for letting us know.
