looking for a ride south from Whitney either late night on Tuesday 8/17 or anytime on Wednesday 8/18. if you're heading south through Lone Pine i can probably get a safe hitch into town but really don't want to try my luck hitching home. i really only need to get as far as the 15 south through Cajon Pass, but if you're headed toward the Chino/Pomona area that would be unbelievably great. other southbound options (such as into LA Basin) are a possibility. i will happily pay for gas. my email is tarbubble at yahoo dot com.
