Hello folks. We're doing North Lake to South Lake Loop starting 9/11. Any intell on conditions on Piute ,Muir and Bishop's pass would be appreciated.

Piute is free and clear of snow. I wouldn't expect any real issues anywhere else on the Evo loop. Some bugs.

Was up and over Paiute into Humphreys basin this past weekend (up to desolation lake). There's a very short section of snow to cross JUST before the pass, but it's all but flat where it is, so you can cross no problem (40ish paces or so).

Bugs were bad, bring deet/picaridin or something of the sort.

TONS of wildflowers though that were gorgeous. Hopefully they'll hold on another couple weeks for you!
