Well I had my first big hike of the season on Saturday. Mt San Gorgonio was beautiful, clear and sunny! A couple of patches of snow near the top but perfect conditions for anyone who wants to hike it. Also, no permits needed for day hikes in the entire Gorgonio wilderness! I had a great hike, so glad to be able to do these things...
Anyhoo, I will be dayhiking Whitney on Sun Sept 16, so see you there! (also on Baldy several time before that)
