I want to say thanks to everyone that posts on this site. My son and I made our first attempt to climb Mt. Whitney on Wed. June 2, 2010, and thanks to all of the updates it was a successful climb. We left the TH at 3:00 AM, made Trail Camp at 7:15 AM, took the chute up to Trail Crest, and summitted at 12:45. We were back at the Portal store at 6:30 PM.

I will post a trip report a little later, hope it helps.
