I found an ice axe in the North Fork of Lone Pine Creek on Thursday April 1. If anybody thinks it's theirs please get in touch and describe it to me and I can get it back to you.

That is my friend Mike's ice axe. I will have him describe it for you. he lost it on our trip a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for being so honest.

Yeah im pretty sure thats my ice axe.
It's a black diamond raven with a dyneema sling on it. It might be a dynex sling though. but the sling is white with blue on the sides. the hand loop is a a bit big so i tend to have to wrap it twice around my wrist. the sling is long so i also wrap it around the the axe head a few times to shorten it.
Thanks a lot Kurt!
I was bummed out when I got to my car and saw that my axe wasn't on my pack.

Hi Mike... it looks like I found your axe! Get in touch at my office email below and you can work with my office manager to get your ice axe back.
