OMG.... THIS again! Hopefully we'll have better luck in the lottery this year than we did last.
We did get permits in the "mini-lottery" at the visitors center the day before our hike, so I guess we were lucky. I just would rather not have that kind of stress... it's bad enough waiting 'til they pick your number in the February lottery. Gathering family members, then hoping to get walk-ins at the last minute was pretty stressful, to say the least.
