2dtrail Member Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 111 Runnnig Springs, CA	Take the cottonwood lakes trailhead to long lake, and see everything in beetween. About 12 miles round trip. Makes for nice a day hike to learn about the area and plan future trips! Great for acclimating! What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. Thats why i climb!
