Providing it's not frozen over, it the small pond on the right as you pass thru Trail Camp.
Sometimes the spring which emerges around switchback 23 is running, but it was largely dry the last time I was there on 9/23.
Edit - to update this: I was up there today (10/14), and the pond above is mostly frozen over except for the outlet, where there's still open water. Since the weather is moderating (i.e., warming up) I expect it won't freeze too much more for the next several days. This will be the highest dependable water for the next few days, unless you want to drop down to Consultation Lake which hasn't frozen over.
Much of the snow from the weekend's squalls has melted. There are places in the trail where the center is a bit icy from all the traffic. It actually gets less icy the higher you go as there are fewer freeze/thaw cycles. The trickiest footing may be in the parking lot where a bit of black ice remains in a few places.
