I'm not sure how it will be tomorrow. It still looked threatening up there today. Day hiked it yesterday and was glad to be going down early as it was getting a bit nasty up there. We made the top at 10:30 and split after about ten minutes. About an inch of snow had fallen on the upper 400' on the evening of 8/30. There was quite an electrical show from the campground at the trail head that evening and early into the morning of 8/31. We had light sprinkles on and off all the way up and down. We were up to the harder part of Muir when we heard the thunder start and decided to high tail it down and save it for another day.
