Great weather, blue skies, light wind. I started at 2 am with a full moon and did not use a headlamp except at the log crossing. Going past the cables was not a problem. More good weather expected this weekend. I've been following the Weather Channel; no storms coming our way. Hydration, slow going were the keys of success for me. YMMV.
