Greetings, this past week I summited twice back to back on Wednesday and Thursday each time starting at the Portal. Not something I set out to do, it just worked out that way. The second day, I hit trail camp at sunrise where I met up with the rest of my group who had spent the night. The people on the trail were all great.

Awesome! Was it easier the first or second time?

The second day I was hiking alone to Trail Camp. At night the miles just seem to go by quickly and both days my time to Trail Camp was three hours. However, the second day the descent on the switchbacks was much more tedious.
