Okay, a few weeks ago I filled out an entry form for the discovery channels, "ALASKA PROJECT" and then I went off to do other things and sort of forgot about it, being more excited about another approaching departure date with the JMT and our mother ship, WHITNEY . . .
couple days ago I get a phone call––can you send us a video? So I scramble this together:

Give up #8 on the JMT and a night on Whitney??? damn hard decision, but I guess postponing it won't hurt––less bugs and fewer of those pesky humans.
Of course, I am secretly hoping that I'll get the whole pie and head for alaska, leaving the JMT for next summer, but, or so . . . . . maybe if they see more positive posts on youtube, I'll be in favor. Anyway, please, if you've got some extra, a prayer, a shout, unused Karma, I need it. Thanks.
