Just got back from a Boy Scout 50 miler that started at Cottonwood Pass to Rock Creek, Guitar Lake, Whitney, Muir, Miter Basin, Soldier Lake and back over Cottonwood Pass (More on that later in another post...). When we started out, there were a couple of gentlemen, relatively frantic, looking for a 73 year old Asian gentleman named Cho who was a day late coming out. I believe he started at the Portals and was supposed to exit at Cottonwood Pass trail head on 7/6. We talked to his friends on 7/7 and saw one of them on the trail looking later that day. Just wondering if anyone out there heard of the outcome of their search?
