Click on the "Search" tab and type in "nutrition." Pull up articles from the last 2 years. You will get answers to many of your questions on nutrition, or at least many opinions. Whether the food is cooked or raw, your requirements are pretty much the same. Make sure the majority is carbohydrates, and if you eat raw, make sure you pay plenty of attention to getting complete protein, unless you want to come out of the wild with a depressed immune system and looking like a stick figure.
