Four of us reached the summit from Trail Camp on Friday (Plus Brian P who joined us about 1 mile from the summit). Snow on the switchbacks above the cables was obscuring the trail but we made it up without crampons. Trail from the crest to the summit was snow packed but easier than the switchbacks. Views from the summit were spectacular with the snow covered peaks. Snow above the cables is not likely to melt this year. Good luck to anyone trying to reach the summit!
