Hello All....this site has been awesome!! We have gotten so much use out of the details from previous hikers...thanks.
We have a group of 4 people going up next week...what is the likelyhood that we will have to have crampons? If we are going up the main Whitney trail....who sketchy is the switchbacks with snow or ice on them?
First time clibmers on Whitney...any advise for next week would be appreciated...
