Howdy, I'm a lurker. But will give this a try. Yesterday I went for a day hike with my two dogs from the Cottonwood Lakes trail head. Only went out for about 3 to 3 and half miles out. Returned to the Cottonwood Lakes trail head parking lot. Very tired as was one of my dogs. This was the first time doing any hiking after knee surgery. Well was using trekking poles to help with my knees. Put my poles on a boulder, got water for my dogs. Took off my day pack to get out trash and put in trash bin. Inside my pack was a Patagonia wind breaker, first aid kit and a knife. Well got in the car and left. When I got home I realized that I had left my poles and day pack at the trail head. If anyone picked up either would you ship back to me.

I will pay you the shipping charge. Poles were Leki ones. The day pack was a Salomon, Yellow.
Ship to:

Thanks.

Sounds like you had a high altitude moment.

Hope you get them back.

Chris, do contact the Inyo. I'm fairly sure they patrol up there almost daily, and you might luck out.
