I heard a rumor that "they" are considering revising the official height of the mountain - in an upward direction.

Wouldn't that be something.

Hi. Yes, I've seen that thread, and searched a bit to see if anything new had been posted.

The amount I heard mentioned was a bit more significant than those mentioned in the link.

But, as I said, it was just heard in passing, albeit from a reliable source. Hence my wondering if anyone else knew anything more concrete.
