Yah, this is a little late. I summited Mt. Whitney on June 6 and barely posting this now.

I write for SqueezeOC magazine out of Orange County and for three months we trained, did research, interviewed experts and did more training to attempt to summit Whitney.

After three months, I summited with our photographer and his wife. Two others in our group (two other reporters) didn't get to summit. One of the reporters got altitude sickness and had to turn around.
