Although permits can't be transfered, is anyone planning to cancel, thus opening the spaces? We are planning to start 3:00am on Saturday 9/16 so we need to get them on Friday.

Yes. I am dropping at least two of my reservations back into the pool. There might be more as people in my group get cold feet. I'll call the ranger station today to release the two spots.

I just released THREE permits back into the pool. Get after em! See you up there on Saturday. BTW, my full name is Christian. Happy hiking!
