Mt. Whitney Portal Store & Hostel Forums General Mt. Whitney Portal Store Message Board waterfall at outpost camp

I'm going to Whitney 9/14-16 and plan to stay at Trail Camp 9/14 and 15 doing the summit on the 15th. Someone suggested staying at oupost on the 15th because it has the waterfall and its lower, etc.

Is there waterflowing now at the waterfall at Outpost and are they any meteorologists in the group who have the ability to forecast if it will be flowing in mid-September.

I have never seen the water flow stop there.
