Does someone have a link to a good route description for Mt Langley. I'll be up there on Sunday. Thanks.

Thanks for the question and the responses. It saved me asking. We're going up the first week of September right after Labor Day after spending three nights exploring Mitre Basin.

Maybe, you could post info on your Sunday trip when you return.

Ed,

The hike turned out terrific. My advise on the best way to the summit is to stay to the right as you approach the main Langley massif. This will put you almost directly below the summit area and avoids a long and loose grind from the southwestern slope. I believe this is known as the standard route up Langley. The scamble is short and really no more than class 2.
Have a great trip

Thanks, will do. I have Bob R's layout and with your input, we should be just fine. Now, if that tropical moisture in the long range forecast goes away, our trip will be great.
