Hi everyone, I'm going to try to day hike Carillon (via the
very direct route Doug Sr. described to me last year going up Russell) and Tunnabora from Whitney Portal this Saturday. I'm probably going solo but wouldn't turn away company. I'm looking to be ecological (read; cheap) and either catch a ride or provide rides to anyone interested in leaving south Orange County (Irvine) this Friday evening (3-4PMish?). I have a comfy SUV with room for 3 more or am willing to hop in with anyone else and assist with gas.
