Three of us are planning the MT July or August multi day trip, Mt Russell maybe also. Any tips? When does Iceberg Lake thaw?

If you're planning on going in July, you better hurry up. It looks like NF Lone Pine Creek is filling up quickly. Iceberg Lake will definitely be thawed out by August.

Sorry, I meant the permits. If you look at the link and go down to J34: NF Lone Pine Creek. Those are the dates that are filled up. As far as Iceberg Lake, it will usually be thawed out by mid July and more than likely completely thawed out by August.
