Correct me if I'm wrong, but generally, if a site is just down for maintenance, etc., there is usually either some kind of message to that effect created by the webmaster, or lacking that, the old generic "page not found" message.
On the other hand, the kind of "domain name available" web page that is currently coming up when trying to access
www.395.com usually means that the entire domain name is up for grabs, which in this case, would probably mean the site some of us previously used and/or had as a Favorite, no longer exists, and that the domain name has been given up to be recycled.
