yakfshr1 Member Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 2	just got back from a 4 day trip starting at symmes creek trailhead over shepards pass to trail crest to whitney summit. great way to go. beautiful scenery, lots of water, great way to acclimate and lots of friendly people.
