My buddy and I were walking down the trail from Trail Camp when I saw a hiker coming up the trail. I stopped and asked, "Aren't you Bob Rockwell?" I think he was a little taken aback to be recognized on the trail by a complete stranger, and a smelly one at that, but he was very nice. I recognized him from his photos and by his trademark ultra-light gear. We chatted a few moments and I told him how great I found his posts here. It was a pleasure to chat with him and a very delightful surprise. If you see him on the trail, say hi.
