Went up to Horseshoe Meadows yesterday and did the Passes Loop (Trail and Cottonwood - just shy of 11 miles)...Nice day.
Heading home...OMG...sat in traffic all the way to Olancha...I was on a motorcycle, so the heat was painful...lucky for the cloud cover that cut the heat a little...and the rain/hail when traffic started moving again.
I'll bet the businesses along 395 are loving the fact that people are getting out again.
