Yosemite Valley and 20 miles of Hwy 41 closed for at least 4 days starting tomorrow.

It is now closed "indefinitely".

This is sounding a little Anti-semite. (How's your hand?)

I live about 20 miles south of the south entrance and this is the first day in about 3 weeks that I am risking taking my favorite person for a walk (an Aussie named K2) - I can actually, finally, see blue amid smoke in the skies - first time in weeks.

It appears you can enter Tioga Pass Road from 395, but won't be able to get past Crane Flat. (Tuolumne is accessible):

Looks also that Hwy 41 is open through Fish Camp into the Park, but not past Wawona - not sure if that is correct - you can check at:

Tioga road re opened already but too late for us, we had to take 395 to 89/88/50, both 120 and 108 were closed last few days. (you could go part way up from the east but not through) Here is a very useful link for anyone driving over any passes in CA Mountain Highways conditions
