HOW did we get here?Started in about 1968 I was just like everyone else went up to climb the East Face and look around, came back over the years to go up with other people and in 1983 was waiting for someone to come down and saw the store for the first time, In 1987 I was working in area and the Store was For Sale and seems like it had been for sale some years but no one would buy it. We put an offer in and the rest is history, We are on a Lease from the Forest Service (permittee) for the land.
