ABOUT THE PRESENTER
A16's all-time favorite speaker, Kurt Wedberg is the founder of Bishop based Sierra Mountaineering International offering guiding and instruction in the Sierra Nevada, Joshua Tree, and in countries worldwide. He has been a professional mountain guide since 1986 and has 103 expeditions to high peaks around the world on his resume--including peaks in Africa, Alaska, Antarctica, Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Europe, Mexico, Peru, Russia, and Turkey. He has also successfully climbed in the Himalayas reaching the summits of Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu, Ama Dablam, and Island Peak.
