Hi, all.

Just curious: What's the approximate distance from the Main Trail-North Fork route cut-off point and the Ebersbacher Ledges? And about how long does that take to get there from that cut-off point?

Thanks,
L

other people would know for sure but i'd say that an average hiker could go from the north fork trail head to the ledges in less than an hour, maybe 50 minutes...right now it would probably take longer with snow or ice...

I think we did it in about 45 minutes in the fall, before the snow and ice.

The two times I've done the MR it took me about 40 minutes in the summer. Actually, the first time it took over an hour because I got lost in the brush. The second time I went up the north side of the creek, not the south like all the books say- and made it to the ledges in 40 min. Depending on the snow level right now it could take much longer or about the same time if you get a pretty level snow pack.
