Bear canister rental?

How much does it cost to rent a bear canister? Do we need to get it from the visitor center, ranger station, or WPS? How much do the rental canisters weigh? I'm looking at the Wild Ideas canisters, and they're $5/day + shipping...

Both the interagency permit center and the WPSMB rent canisters. I think they are Garcias, like this, http://m.rei.com/mt/www.rei.com/product/624081/garcia-bear-resistant-container . Cheapest and heaviest way to go. I think something like $2/day?

I have a Wild Ideas Bearikade. To me, an ounce counter, it is worth every penny.
