Anyone have any experience with a Rocpec or a Fixe hand drill?

Reason I ask is...Due to how close I live to Malibu, I spend a lot of weekends "hanging" out at Point Dume and am trying to fix it up a little-- I'm planning on replacing some of the 20+ year old TR bolts there over the next few weeks and am deciding whether I should shell out the bucks for a cordless hammer drill or just get a hand drill. Most of the bolts there are very old & rusty spinners and most of the climbers (judging by the anchors I see) don't seem to understand that a 20 year old buttonhead, in soft rock, 100 feet from the ocean, is a pretty likely way to end up in a bodybag. And I'd rather not watch anyone splat on the rocks at such a nice place, so I'm gonna take one for the team and put some new bolts in. But I've only ever done it with a nice (expensive) hammer drill which I don't own. Soooo, my question is; has anyone ever used one of the aforementioned hand drills, and if so how much work does it actually take to put in five or six 3 inch holes? Is it worth the extra cash to rent/buy a power drill?

Thanks for any advice!!
