Anybody got the intel on summitting Mt. Tyndal and Mt Williamson?

What's the snow like? Ice axe/crampons needed?

Camping conditions and recommendations?
Weather?

Thanks!

Just hiked the shepherd pass trailhead through Anvil camp and over the Shepherd pass and onto Mt Williamson. (24-June-2012)

Only snow is a small portion located at the very top of the pass. Easy to cross. No ice axe or crampons needed.

Was very windy at the top of the pass. I hear there is a low pressure zone that will continue the winds for the rest of the week.

Times:
4 hours from Anvil camp to the first lake in the Williamson bowl.
1 hour from the first lake to the base of the mountain (must cross ~3 hills with elevation gains and losses).
~3 hours to the summit of Williamson.

Cheers,
