What are the chances of having Bisquick Gluten Free pancakes made at the Portal Store (I bring the Bisquick mix) on Friday morning? I'd love to have the legendary pancakes before I go up, but my boyfriend must have gluten free because he has celiac disease. I can bring the mix, it requires water or milk, oil and egg, like normal pancake mix. Just thought I'd ask!

Hi We can try but don't know if the mix will work at this elevation so the cakes may be flat as a pancake (for the serious that's a joke.)Thanks Doug
